Small Meditation Groups – Inner Calm Through Breath and Presence
I offer small groups of up to six participants, working with inner calm through conscious breathing, meditative practice, and a simple understanding of how the nervous system responds. The sessions draw on Tibetan breath traditions and classical meditation methods such as shamatha (inner stillness) and vipassana (clarity and insight).
Each breath practice and meditation is followed by an accessible explanation of how these techniques influence the nervous system — how calm is created, how stress is regulated, and how the body gradually returns to balance.
My teaching background includes long-term training at ID Academy, The Vækstcenter with Søren Munk, as well as inspiration from teachers and authors such as James Nestor, Simon Krohn, and others.

Practical Information
- Course format: 6 sessions of 2 hours in my clinic
- Fee: 2,450 DKK incl. VAT
(includes teaching, materials, tea/snacks, and individual guidance as needed) - Timing: Arranged with the group (usually starting at 16:30)
